This 10-week group offers a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner strength. Rooted in trauma-informed principles, each session blends mindful movement, somatic awareness, and reflective processing to promote healing, empowerment, and choice.
This isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about listening to your body, honoring your pace, and rediscovering safety in movement and community. Together, we’ll cultivate resilience, grounding, and self-compassion through yoga practices designed to restore balance and trust in yourself.
