Women’s Support Group Through the Holidays

Support feels SO cool. You might be grieving, and holidays can feel especially sucky, like a reminder of how sad you are when you might feel like you “should” be happier.
Time doesn’t heal, but supportive community and safe expression does. You don’t have to be alone in all of this.
We are a group of tight-knit women who meet once a week to process, express, listen, play, and heal. This goes beyond talk therapy and its meant to even be supportive, light, exploratory, and fun.
Expect lots of yoga, art, therapy tools and techniques, sharing, listening, and some experiential stuff like a ‘rage and sage’ smash session and Kintsugi grief art session.
We meet Thursdays 6-7:30 PM (except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years), also two Saturday events: 11/22/25 9-11:00 am and 12/27/25 9-11 am
Reach out and text Amanda at 385-355-3351 with any questions or interest to save your spot.
This group is kept small and private, spots are limited to 8 women-identifying participants to ensure confidentiality and help build more connection.
