White Bison Therapy Collective is looking to hire associate and licensed clinicians who are interested in working in a group private practice. We will provide referrals, clinical supervision and training, business consultation, and mentoring in a professional, collaborative, warm, and supportive setting.

This is a unique opportunity for a contract-employee position where you develop your own client base with access to our structure, support, and referrals. All of the effort you invest and the relationships that you cultivate can be the foundation of your post-licensure private practice. Or, if you prefer, you can opt to stay as a long-term employee. You will have opportunities to develop your own specialties, groups, workshops, programs, trainings, and/or social media presence. If you are interested in learning how to bill private insurance, we can coach you in navigating those systems. We want to support you in your long-term career goals, whatever they may be!

Pay will be based on a percentage of your earnings (rather than a set billable hour rate) depending on your level of experience. If you bring in higher-paying clients, you can earn more money.
EMDR training & certification will be paid with a two-year contract
We have weekly staff meetings and provide regular in-house training on special topics
Because we are a new company, there is strong potential for future leadership opportunities
